Predatory Credit Card Lenders – The Inside Story

The inside story on how B of A conducts it’s business to maximize profit, without any concern for it’s customers.  This goes further than the often maligned practice of increasing interest rates to 30% for individuals who are late or struggling to pay, and it is important to listen to the voices of those who are speaking out.  From the perspective of a Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney, I can tell you that this should be more likely to motivate people to seek help via chapter 7, chapter 13 or other legal relief from the burden of debt.  The source of your debt problem, in this day and age, will rarely also be the solution.

Bless you Entrigue! Your compassion is something that’s sorely missed in our trending toward cold society today. May more people like you begin to change the hearts and souls of corporations so that they realize that customer service and compassion can go hand in hand and that profit, while a great thing, can be tempered with some common-sense compassion.
